Jennifer Whitfield
Psychology Expert & Co-founder
Jennifer Whitfield is a writer and operations consultant who has spent two decades working across retail, administration, finance, and copywriting. She owned a decorating centre for five years and spent years in contract roles across industries — which means she has seen more broken SOP manuals than most people care to think about. She holds a BA in Psychology from Athabasca University and is co-founder of Two Cities Media. Her independent media channel, Whistle Press, covers narrative analysis and psychology on YouTube.
Adrian Coppens Co-founder
Adrian Coppens brings twenty years of industrial supply and compliance experience to Two Cities Media. His background in MRO — covering safety supplies, PPE, fall arrest systems, power tools, hazardous materials handling, and regulatory compliance — gives him a working knowledge of what operational documentation actually needs to accomplish in high-stakes environments.He is completing a Marketing Certificate at Athabasca University, with a focus on applying behavioural and strategic frameworks to consulting practice.
