What We Do
Three core services. Clearly scoped. No retainers hidden in the fine print.
We work with small business owners and corporate operations teams who need documentation written, copy sharpened, or operational capacity covered — and who want to know exactly what they are getting before they commit.
Every engagement begins with a diagnostic conversation. We do not quote projects we have not understood.
01 — Process Documentation & Operational Writing
Your team knows how things work. We write it down in a way that holds. New hires get up to speed without guessing, and you have documentation that actually gets used.
What We Do
- Interview your staff to extract how processes actually work — not how they are supposed to work on paper
- Determine the right document type for your environment: standard operating procedure, workflow guide, or training manual
- Write clear, plain-language documentation formatted for daily use
- Deliver a defined set of documents with one structured revision round
What This Is Not
- A template fill-in exercise — every document is built from your actual operations
- An endless project — scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed before work begins
- Something your staff can do in their spare time — that is why you are hiring us
Who This Is For
Service businesses, trades operations, and growing teams that need consistent standards — and corporate HR and operations teams that need institutional knowledge captured by someone staff will actually talk to.
Not sure whether you need an SOP, a workflow guide, or a training manual? That is exactly what the diagnostic session is for. We will tell you honestly — even if the answer is that you do not need us.
02 — Content, Copy & Communications
Short Description
Copy that is grounded in how people actually read, decide, and act — not in what sounds good in a boardroom. We write for your audience, not for the algorithm.
What We Do
- Website copy and page rewrites
- Service and product descriptions that convert
- Content strategy grounded in behavioral psychology and audience research
- Editorial writing, thought leadership, and long-form content
- Brand voice development and messaging frameworks
Who This Is For
Organizations that have outgrown their current messaging, are launching something new, or have strong operations and weak public communication. Also suitable for marketing teams that need independent editorial capacity without a full-time hire.
03 — Interim Operations & Administrative Support
Short Description
When someone leaves without warning, a project spikes past your team’s capacity, or a department is mid-transition — we integrate fast, disrupt nothing, and keep things moving.
What We Do
- Operational and administrative coverage during hiring gaps or staff transitions
- Cross-functional coordination and project management support
- Process documentation as we work — so you end the engagement with written records, not just memories
- Available for on-site engagements in Metro Vancouver and Maple Ridge, or remote
Minimum Engagement
Two weeks. This service is not suitable for single-day coverage.
Who This Is For
Corporate teams in Vancouver that need experienced operational support immediately — not in three weeks after a hiring process. Particularly useful for finance, administration, and communications departments.
Where Every Engagement Starts
The Diagnostic Session
Before we quote any project, we spend 90 minutes with you — on a call or in person — to understand what you actually need. We ask the right questions, map the real scope, and give you a written memo with our honest assessment and a realistic investment range.
The session costs $250, applied in full toward any project booked within 30 days.
If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.
